- Replacement: 1177545, 41-224 Igniter. Upgraded 1183200 Oven Igniter uses a 4" x 7" metal tube with ceramic inside and multiple holes on the end that hold the ignition rod. 24 volt, 36" lead, 1/4" F button.
- The 1183200 Hot Surface Ignitor is made of high quality materials,tested in multiple processes to the same OEM standards. Please check your model and serial number on your appliance before purchasing. Many models and part replacements look the same but fit differently. NOTICE: Normal discoloration of the igniter element, if present, was caused when the component was proven by testing during production.
- For non-standard models, ceramic wire nuts are provided to allow reuse or bypass of the connector from the original igniter for compatibility. Modifications should only be performed by experienced individuals or qualified repair professionals. If your range does not start, the gas igniter glows but does not light or the element does not heat, you have to replace your Igniter as soon as possible.
- Igniter has been tested for anti-aging, so please don't worry when you notice the ignitor is discolored. As this does not affect use. The anti-aging test helps to extend the life of your Furnace.
